Hello! We are Manuela and Thomas, a happy couple living in Saint-Martin for years and loving every second of our Caribbean life. 
Thomas owns two restaurants in the area (one on Saint-Martin and one on our sister island, Anguilla). Manuela manages the different houses of Life is Good in Sxm to ensure a perfect service and condition.

Our beloved house is located in a calm and peaceful area of the very famous Orient Beach, steps aways from the beach, next door to some of the best restaurants of the island, and close by all the facilities you may need for your vacations (supermarket, french bakery...). Next to all of that, but away enough not to hear a sound. 

That is what we call perfection.

This neighbourhood of the french side of Saint-Martin has everything you may need : a gorgeous endless beach with attentive service (restaurants, beach chairs, umbrellas...), gastronomic restaurants in the center of the village and other facilities such as a little supermarket and watersport activities.
